This section houses the entire list of all the employees that are beign employed by a company. The employee page is easy to navigate and it includes buttons, banners and tables.

The add new button enables an employer to add new employee to the list. with the push of a button it displays a form that recieves employees details.
The search field enables the employer to browse through and locate a particular employee or sets of employees on the employee table.
Delete or edit button is located at the left side part of the employee table. The buttons are for deleting employees informations total from the table while the edit button is use for editing or making changes to existing employee information.

Employees Last Login
This page keeps track of employees last login time. it also displays the employees email, job role and status.Search field:

Award page contains series of awards and gifts for some specific company. it has a table that displays the award name, the company owner, the gift and the year.

Resignation page or table holds information about resignated eployees or employees that have given notice of there there resignation. it displays the company name where the resignation is done, the name of the employee resignation notice and the date of the Resignation.

Promotion page is use to list all the on going Promotion or past promotion.

The Complaint page is use to register employee complains. it displays helps to keep track of employee complains in a company. it also holds the company name, complaint name, complaint title and the complaint date.

Warning section is you to hold to record all past and present warning beign issued to and employee. it also hold the employees, subject and the issuers name.

The Terminations page holds the record of current or past Terminated deals or contract held between an employee and a company and as well as the termination date.

Company page list all the available companies , the location of the company and the company name. it also has buttons that enables some specific actions to be carried out.

Located of=n the top left conner of the creen These button are been used to download individual company files.
The edit button is use to make changes to the company information. the delete button is used to permanently remove information form the list. while the view button is used to view more information about the company.
The search field enables companies to be located with ease. it searches for campnay base on the name.
Locations page shows different location , city and countries where companies are located. locations acn be edited or deleted.
The Announcements page displays all the neccessary Announcements both past and present Announcements. this table also jhas a form that is use to store Announcements information.
The Policies page is use to keep record of policies or principle of action adopted or proposed by the organisation.
Attendance page keeps track of company Attendance and reports. it has fields that displays date the status of the Attendance , the clock in time and clock out time, early leaving, overtime, total work and total rest.
This page contains a table that keeps record of an employees level of attendance. it also has a form that recieves employees information.

Import Attendance page is basically hold the neccessary form that uploads employees attendance and as well as downloads files.
Office Shift page keeps track of all Office Shift available to the employees. The button on the top right conner of the page is use for adding new office shift.
Holidays page holds in it a holiday form. this holiday form is located by the left side of the screen and it is use to assign holiday and events. holiday page has table that displays holidays and event.
Leave page is use to add and display leaves , leaves request duration , the employee name and the date by which it was applied for.
In the generate slip page, employees could be searched based on individual employee name, company or date. to search for employees fill the serch slip form shown in the diiagram above then click on button.
Employees could be paid in bulk. to pay in bulk, fill in the bulk payment form shown in the image above then click the button.
These are button that are used to perform various types of action on a payment slip.
To delete a payment slip, click on the delete button as directed on the image above.
To download a payment slip, click on the download icon. usually, the file to be download is in PDF format.
To view a slip, click on the view slip icon. page will be redirected to view slip page.
Quick view help to display the payment slip with out reloading the page. to view a payment slip, click on the quick view icon on the payment info table.
In this page, different projects are being regulated.
There are four different banners in the manage project page.
This banner displays the total quantity of project that are not yet in progress.
This banner displays the total quantity of projects that are currently in progress.
This banner displays the total quantity of projects that are already completed.
This banner displays the total quantity of projects that are currently cancled.
To add new project, click on the add new button on the top right conner of the creen as shown in the diagram above, fill in all the required field in the form, click save.
To delete a project, click on the delele icon as shown in the discription image above.
To edit a propject, click on the edit icon as sonn in the image above, update the neccessary fields, click update.
To add a member to an existing project, click on the add project memeber icon as shown in the image above, fill in required field , click update.
The task page contains a task table that displays the available tast in the company.
To add a tast, click on the add new button on the top right conner of the page, fill in all required fields, click on save.
To delele a task, click on the delete icon.
To edit a task, click on the pencil icon, update neccessary fields then click update.
To add new member to a task, click the plus sign on the individual task row, fill in neccessary fields, click on update.
This contains details about the time duration for which each individual project was accomplished.
To add new time log, click on the add new button, fill in required fields, click save.
Each individual time low can be edited or deleted.
This page shows different type of category of task.
This page displays the types of tax being paid by the company. The tax type tabel contains the tax name,
the tax type, and the tax rate.
To add new type, fill in the required field in the form on the left side of the page, click on save.
This Section displays all the available clients registered in the company. to add a client, click on the add new button on
the top right conner og the page, fill the required forms , click save.
To edit a client , click on the pencil icon, update the neccessary field, click update.
To delete a client, click on the trash icon.
There are four different banners in the invoice page. these banners shows the individual total of payment specified in invoices.
This shows the total number of invoices used to pay for a particular goods or services.
This is the total number of invoices awaiting payment.
This is the sum total of amount that has been paid in. usually this amount is been calculated by adding all the paid invoices.
to create an invoice, click on the create invoice button on the top right conner of the page, fill the required fields,
click on save.
invoice can be downloaded or printed. to download an invoice, click on either the CSV, EXCEL or PDF button on the left side of the invoice table.
to print invoice, click on the print button.
This table contains list of employees currently undergoing traning in the company.
To add new training, click on the add new button on the top left side of the page, fill the required fields, click save.

to add training type, fill in the training name in the add new type form located at the left side part of the page, click save.
The trainer list page contains a table that shows the list of all trainers available in the company.
to add new trainer, click add new, fill the form accordingly, click save.

To add new account, fill in all required field in the add new account form located in the left side part of the page, click save.
This page shows the list of all the customers who paid in. it displays the payee name, contact number and date when the payment wa smade.
to add payee, fill the form on the left side of the page, click save.
In this page, payments that are being transfered form one account to another are stored for future purposes. to add new transfer, fill the required field in the form, cilick save.
This page displays different jobs that are currently available. it shows the job position, employer, date the
job was posted, the status of the job if publish or not then the job closing date.
To add new job, click on the add new button, fill all required field, click save.
To edit job, click on the pencil icon, update the neccessary field, click update.
To delete, click on the trash icon.
To view job details, click on the eye button.

The event page contains a table that displays different event organised by the company.

The projects report gives an account of the project proposal to ascertain the prospects of the proposed plan or activity.

User role report page contains in a tabular form the members of the role and the members of a company so that you can easily determine which members actually have access via each role.

Fields in the system configuration
application name defines what name the application should have. By default the application is been set to mereje.
The currency field is used to set prices in the Products & Services list. the default currency is set to US dollars.
This is used to set the currency sysmbol. it alternates between currency sysbol and currency code.
The currentcy position field is use to determine the exact position where the currency symbol should appear around the currency value.
This is use to determine what value is to be required of the employee when logining in. To allow the Employees login with emails, set the employee login to email.
The date format is a standard way to express a numeric calendar date. The date format field determine how date would appear in the application.
The footer text field is use to set what text is to appear on the footer area.
The system IP enables the employees to clock in and out of the office. if you input the wrong IP then employees will not be able to clock in or out of the office.
This field determines if an image should appear on all authentication forms. if you set Authentication Background to then an image will appear on both login, signup, forgot password and user page.
This field is used to set year value in the application.
The Google Maps API KEY enables you to get the employees clock in and clock out location.
This field determines what language the application is to translate to. the default langaue is english.
The systems general configuration page tells personal information about the company. after changes has been made, make sure to click and reload the page.

The role configuration helps to manage employees actions. To disable individual employee roles set role to to enable role set it to the click and reload the page.

The Job Application file format is use to determine what file type is required of the employee.
To enable email notification set it to else set it to .

The Max. File Size is use to set the required file size for files which are to be presented by the employees.
The file extension or type of file to be accepted.
This enables the employees to view or download all department files, set this field to if you wish to disable this role.
The Technical Competencies is use to set what skills is required from the applicant or the employee.
The employee skills that the company must have in order to achieve their plans.
After all changes has been made successfully, click on save to store changes then reload the page to view changes made.
