Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Open accounts for customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests
Post some transactions into the banking application
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 1-year working experience in customer service or similar roles
Minimum of OND degree from a reputable tertiary institution
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of BankOne banking software is an advantage
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong command of English language
Fluency in other local languages would be an added advantage
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Remuneration: NGN80,000 to NGN100,000 naira monthly salary + Other staff benefits
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos state
