Sales Manager mereje (Third Party Recruitment) Sales Lagos |Full Time Construction | Confidential Job Description/Requirements Job Description: Identify new markets/Customers; develop new accounts for business, especially outside Lagos Manage and handle sales enquiries, sales quotations, sales results and quality service to customers. Establish, build and maintain a good relationship with customers Lead sales effort to potential targeted accounts in liaison with internal sales. Develop new products as per market demands Monitor competitor products in the marketplace, including stock levels, market share, pricing data, designs, promotional activities and make recommendations based on market data Make recommendations based on customer feedback and competitors’ products. Visit markets around Nigeria, regularly to meet customers, push sales to reconcile their accounts and understand problems Qualification & Qualities: OND/HND or a graduate in Marketing or Business Management or Economics. Must have at least 2 years of experience in dealer management with knowledge of Nigeria. IT skills must include above-average ability to work on Excel and MS Word. Fluent in spoken English and adept at written skills in English. Fluency in Igbo is a must Ideally, exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment. Must be willing to travel in and around Nigeria. In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must be self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Acts with honour and character – A person of high integrity who is direct and truthful but at the same time can keep confidences. Salary: NGN100,000 - NGN150,000
